One AI-generated image every day, made from today’s weather in Steenwijk (NL). Today: a shepherd and his flock on an autumn hill at sunset.
Note: the model chose the evening light of sunset instead of the bleak afternoon the prompt asked for — the orange-red palette weighed heavier.
A shepherd leans on his staff with his collie beside him, the flock scattered across a sloping hillside. Their fleeces are thick and cream-white; the ground is strewn with browned bracken and the trees still hold their golden leaves. Beyond the hills a few farmhouses and clusters of trees appear. Above it all hangs a sky of soft grey and white clouds with a fierce orange-gold glow where the sun sinks away. Painted as a picture-book plate: watercolour washes with fine ink lines, quiet and fragile.
